1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Entertainment Platform, including its website, subscriptions, video feed, AI-generated entertainment library, content creation features, and related services (the "Services").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Adults only

The Services are strictly intended for adults aged 18 or older, or the applicable legal age for accessing adult content in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and are legally permitted to access adult-oriented content.

We may require age verification, restrict access by territory, suspend an account or refuse service when necessary for compliance or safety.

3. Description of the Services

AI Entertainment Platform provides digital entertainment featuring fictional AI-generated characters and content.

The Services may include:

• A vertically scrolling video feed.
• A free, advertising-supported tier with a daily viewing limit.
• Premium subscriptions with access to the full content library.
• AI-powered image and video creation tools.
• Virtual characters and other fictional interactive experiences.
• Paid creation credits or usage allowances.

All AI characters are fictional unless a particular feature expressly identifies an authorized representation of a real person.

The Services are not designed to establish relationships with real individuals or provide medical, mental-health, financial or professional advice.

4. Account registration and security

You must provide accurate registration information, maintain account security and prevent unauthorized access.

You may not sell, transfer or share an account contrary to our subscription rules.

We may restrict registration or account access to protect platform safety and integrity.

5. Subscription plans

We offer the following plans, subject to the pricing and features displayed at checkout.

• Free — access to selected content and features without a subscription fee. Advertising, viewing limits and feature restrictions may apply.
• Premium — access to the content library and other features described on the pricing page.
• Creator — everything in Premium, plus AI creation tools, subject to applicable creation limits and credit allocations.

Specific benefits, available models, content limits, video lengths, generation times and credit allowances are defined on the current pricing and checkout pages.

We do not guarantee unlimited AI generation unless expressly offered.

6. Prices and billing

The current standard subscription prices are:

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. The annual prices reflect approximately 20% savings compared with twelve monthly payments, with amounts rounded to the nearest cent.

Applicable taxes and fees will be disclosed at checkout where required.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled, subject to any renewal notices or affirmative consent required by law.

Before checkout, we will disclose the total payable amount, renewal frequency, subscription features and cancellation conditions.

Users expressly authorize recurring billing by completing the applicable checkout consent process.

7. Subscription cancellation

Users may cancel their subscriptions in Account → Subscription or by another cancellation method required by applicable law.

Cancellation ordinarily prevents the next renewal. Access to paid features will ordinarily continue through the end of the already-paid billing period unless applicable law or a refund arrangement provides otherwise.

Deleting an application or simply ceasing to use the Services does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

The cancellation process will not impose unlawful obstacles or additional conditions.

8. Refunds and statutory rights

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the purchase, applicable consumer law, service performance and any legally valid withdrawal arrangements.

Users retain all non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights under applicable law.

Where permitted, separate rules may apply to digital content supplied immediately following an informed request and valid acknowledgment of any resulting effect on withdrawal rights.

Any voluntary refund policy will be published clearly before purchase. No provision in these Terms removes statutory consumer remedies.

9. AI creation credits

Creator subscriptions may include a defined quantity of credits or generation allowances.

Before purchase or use, the platform will disclose:

• Included credits.
• The credits required for each type of generation.
• Applicable content and duration limits.
• Whether unused credits carry over or expire.
• Conditions for purchasing additional credits.
• Refund or restoration rules for failed generations.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money unless expressly provided.

Any changes to existing paid credit entitlements are subject to applicable law and the terms communicated at purchase.

10. Prohibited content and conduct

Users must comply with our Trust & Safety Policy.

Without limitation, users must not create, request, upload, distribute or attempt to obtain:

• Sexual content involving minors or persons who appear to be minors, including wholly synthetic depictions.
• Non-consensual intimate images or videos.
• Sexual deepfakes depicting identifiable real individuals without valid authorization.
• Material depicting sexual violence or coercion.
• Illegal content, exploitation or trafficking.
• Unauthorized copyrighted content.
• Fraudulent or deceptive impersonations.
• Content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Users may not bypass moderation systems, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malware, scrape protected content or interfere with platform operations.

11. User inputs and generated content

Users may submit prompts, preferences and other materials to operate the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for anything you submit.

As between you and the Company, you retain any rights you have in your original inputs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to third-party rights, we grant you a nonexclusive license to use AI-generated outputs lawfully for personal, noncommercial purposes unless a different license is expressly granted.

AI-generated outputs may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright ownership or uniqueness of generated content.

You grant the Company a limited, worldwide license to process, reproduce, store, transform and display your inputs and outputs only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, operate approved sharing features, perform moderation, satisfy legal obligations and otherwise process information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Use for AI model training or unrelated marketing requires a separately disclosed and legally supported basis.

12. Public feed and content sharing

Content available in the public video feed may be owned, licensed or otherwise lawfully made available by the Company.

Where user publishing functionality is enabled, users must ensure that they possess all relevant rights and permissions.

We may review, restrict, demonetize, remove or disable content that violates our policies or applicable law, consistent with applicable procedural requirements.

Private creations will not be made public without an authorized user action or another lawful basis disclosed to the user.

13. Intellectual property

The platform's brand, interface, software, proprietary models, graphics, trademarks and other protected materials belong to the Company or its licensors.

No ownership rights in the platform are transferred through a subscription.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit platform materials except as expressly authorized.

14. Advertising and third-party services

The Free plan may include third-party advertising.

Advertisements do not necessarily constitute endorsements by the Company.

Third-party websites, processors and services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Moderation and enforcement

We may use automated tools and human review to detect policy violations.

Depending on the circumstances, we may reject generation requests, remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, terminate access or make legally required reports.

Where appropriate and legally required, users may request review or appeal a moderation decision through Report content or [email protected].

16. Service availability

The Services may be modified, interrupted or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, compliance or technical reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular result from AI-generation tools.

Any material changes affecting paid entitlements will be handled consistently with applicable law and contractual obligations.

17. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis, subject to mandatory guarantees and consumer rights.

AI-generated content may contain errors, artifacts or unexpected results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential commercial losses may be limited.

These Terms do not restrict remedies for fraud, willful misconduct, mandatory consumer protections or other non-excludable liabilities.

19. Termination

Users may stop using the Services and request account deletion in Account → Your data.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, unlawful activity, serious safety risks or other legitimate grounds, subject to applicable law.

Subscription, credit, content-deletion and refund consequences will follow the applicable contractual terms and mandatory legal protections.

20. Governing law and disputes
